Aims and Objectives:

The aim of the A-Level section is to initiate conceptual thinking, discussing and practice of practical
problems. Our curriculum has both depth and breadth, is rigorous, and conforms to the educational needs of most business and professional organizations. This will not only provide our students a good
foundation for further studies in Pakistan and abroad but also be helpful in meeting the challenges of the 21st century.

The school has qualified and experienced staff, well-equipped laboratories and a well-stocked library. The school is also equipped with state-of- the-art computers lab facilities. The main attraction is the fully loaded network server with the combination of all communication devices like bridges and routers (Cisco). The computer lab is also equipped with multimedia and audiovisual accessories. All clients have internet support through proxy server with an ISDN line 256 kbps. The workstations are NT based with the server, connectivity and multimedia tool kit.

Admission Procedure – Qualification:

  1. Form 1 and Form 2 to be obtained from the office, duly filled and returned as
    per schedule. Incomplete or incorrectly filled forms are liable to be rejected.
  2. Candidates selection list to be displayed.
  3. Fee to be paid for confirmation of admission.
  4. Files to be filled by the parents. Form(s) 3 and 4 to be signed by the students
    and parents. Presence of the students and both the parents is mandatory.

Academic Year:

The academic year for the newly inducted “First Year(s)” will commence in September.

Examinations

  • Students taking early examinations or achievement tests, TOEFL, SAT will not be exempted from any internal examinations.
  • The study of subject courses other than those taught in the school and the sitting in outside examinations in no way exempts students from their commitments to the school.
  • Special attention is drawn to Rule No. 13 of the Rules and Regulations for Admission regarding payment of fees.
  • The Principal appoints and entrusts the Incharge/Head of the A-Level section to attend the day-to-day working of the department.
  • The school reserves the right to amend / and / or add any new rule(s) as may be deemed expedient, (by it) from time to time, without any notice, either prospectively or retrospectively.
  • No recommendations will be granted to the students until all dues are cleared.

Withdrawals:

The intended withdrawal of a student should be notified in writing by the parent, one month in
advance or one month’s fees will be charged, during the first year of the course. During the second
year, if a student decides to withdraw he/she will have to pay the full year’s fees.

Library:

The school has a well-stocked library. All students are advised to make the most out of the library
resources. Library rules printed on the library card are to be respected by all the students. The
library is only closed on public holidays.

Uniform:

Uniform details will be provided to the students after admission has been confirmed.

N.B. The school uniform is compulsory, whenever a student attends school or when extra-
classes are held. Defaulters will be penalized and deprived of attendance.

Notes for the attention of the parent(s) / guardian (s):

Admission to your son/daughter/ward to our Advanced Level Classes is being given on the following
conditions.

  • No certificate or recommendation will be given to the student until the Second Year. This rule will be strictly adhered to.
  • Parents will be required to meet the Principal or his nominee at least twice a year accompanied by their son/daughter/ward to collect his/her internal examination results.
  • The Principal appoints and entrusts the Incharge/Head of the A-Level Section, to attend to the day-to-day working of the Department.
  • The school reserves the right to amend / and / or add any new rule(s) as may be deemed expedient, (by it) from time to time, without any notice, either prospectively or retrospectively.
  • No recommendations will be granted to the students until all dues are cleared.
